Obtained from cooked grape must and wine vinegar which has been aged for a long time in French oak barrels. It has a well pronounced taste. All natural with no colourants or caramel. A versatile product to use daily on row, cooked or fried vegetables, salads, omelettes, roasted meat, risotto, Buffalo Caprese, strawberries and fruit salads.
